The Role:
We're looking for a Development Manager to join our Development team and help bring multifamily and mixed-use communities from concept to reality. In this role, you'll manage critical phases of the development process, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate opportunities, mitigate risks, and deliver high-quality residential communities.
This is an opportunity for a development professional who enjoys balancing financial analysis, project execution, relationship management, and strategic problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
Manage development projects through various stages of the development lifecycle
Evaluate project feasibility through financial analysis, market research, and project underwriting
Develop and maintain project pro formas and investment assumptions
Partner with internal teams and external consultants on environmental, engineering, entitlement, and land-use initiatives.
Identify project risks and opportunities and help develop recommendations to support business objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with municipal agencies, consultants, contractors, brokers, and industry partners
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to help ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals
Prepare analyses, presentations, and recommendations for leadership review and decision-making
What We're Looking For:
Experience in real estate development, acquisitions, project management, construction, finance, or a related field
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Ability to evaluate complex projects and translate findings into actionable recommendations
Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
Knowledge of multifamily development, entitlement processes, market analysis, and project execution is preferred
