The Role
The Regional Talent Advisor will manage full cycle recruiting while serving as the primary TA representative in weekly business meetings. This role requires a confident, proactive recruiter who can partner effectively with operational leaders, provide clear updates, manage expectations, and deliver actionable insights on open requisitions.
The ideal candidate operates with urgency, demonstrates strong professional presence, and proactively drives hiring strategy rather than waiting for direction. This individual must balance service orientation with strategic advice, acting as both a facilitator and talent expert in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead structured intake meetings to define role scope, requirements, and realistic hiring expectations,
Serve as a trusted advisor, beyond routine transactional recruiting
Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely feedback on interviews and administrative tasks.
Provide feedback on sourcing strategies for openings rather than relying solely on organic applicant flow
Build and maintain talent pipelines for both high-volume and Senior level roles as needed
Conduct multi-touch outreach campaigns to engage passive candidates
Proactively consider hiring needs to ensure pipeline is in line with business needs
Lead weekly staffing meetings with assigned business group
Provide structured updates on requisition status, pipeline health, interview progress, and hiring risks
Update and distribute weekly, current openings report using excel tracker
Full-Cycle Recruitment Execution
Manage multiple concurrent requisitions across operational and maintenance roles
Conduct structured screening conversations
Present qualified candidates with documented assessment notes
Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback collection
Technology & Continuous Learning
Demonstrate curiosity and willingness to adopt new recruiting technologies
Maintain working knowledge of AI-enabled tools in talent acquisition (e.g., AI screening platforms, sourcing automation, analytics tools)
Required Qualifications
3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
Recent Workday Experience or similar ATS systems
Demonstrated ability to manage demanding or high-expectation stakeholders
Experience leading weekly staff meetings and presenting candidate updates
Intermediate proficiency in Excel
Proven proactive sourcing experience (passive candidate engagement)
Preferred Qualifications
Recruiting experience within REIT, property management, real estate, or multi-site operational environment
Experience hiring for maintenance, facilities, or operations roles
Exposure to AI-enabled recruiting tools or automation platforms
Familiarity with Southern California talent markets
