The Role

We’re seeking a Senior IT Systems Analyst - Oracle Primavera Unifier to serve as the connective tissue between Product Management, Support, and business teams. This role is critical to improving issue triage, strengthening product knowledge continuity, and ensuring our core systems—particularly Oracle Primavera Unifier—continue to scale with the business.

This is a hands-on, internally focused role ideal for someone who understands how our systems are actually used in practice and can translate business needs into clear, actionable product and system improvements.

The Senior IT Systems Analyst will act as a key liaison—helping resolve complex issues faster, improving cross-functional communication, and reducing dependency on senior product leadership for day-to-day problem solving.

What You’ll Do

Product Support & Issue Triage

• Serve as the first escalation point for complex system issues requiring deep product or configuration insight

• Assess incoming issues and route appropriately between Support and Product Management

• Identify recurring issues, root causes, and long-term solutions

Business Process & System Expertise

• Maintain deep knowledge of business processes configured within Oracle Primavera Unifier (I‑BEAM)

• Advise teams on workflows, configurations, and system functionality

• Ensure system design continues to align with evolving business requirements

Enhancements & Continuous Improvement

• Partner with stakeholders to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities

• Translate business needs into clear, well-defined enhancement requirements

• Support prioritization and planning in collaboration with Product Management

Integrations & Data Flow Support

• Develop a working understanding of system integrations and data flows

• Identify, troubleshoot, and help resolve integration failures

• Partner with technical teams to protect data integrity and process continuity

Release & Change Management

• Support system releases through validation, readiness, and communication activities

• Assist with UAT and regression testing as needed

• Contribute to release notes, documentation, and training materials

Training, Communication & Enablement

• Support webinars, training sessions, and internal knowledge-sharing efforts

• Act as a cross-functional communicator across Accounting, Operations, IT, and other teams

• Promote best practices and drive adoption of system enhancements

Configuration & Long-Term Growth

• Over time, contribute to system configuration and design within Primavera Unifier

• Build deeper technical and product expertise to support an evolving product roadmap

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience working with Oracle Primavera Unifier

• Strong understanding of organizational workflows across multiple project types

• Demonstrated ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system and integration issues

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Experience supporting system releases, testing, or product enhancements preferred
