The Role

We are transforming parking for our customers through an intuitive self-service digital experience. We are looking for a talented and driven Program Manager to help us achieve this goal.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Leading launch activities to ensure the seamless adoption of parking programs.

• Collaborating with local operations, digital products, and support teams to evaluate, plan, and implement programs.

• Monitoring OKRs, developing budgets, and assessing performance metrics to ensure objectives are met.

• Managing relationships with third-party managers, vendors, and service providers.

• Managing other programs as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field required. MBA preferred.

•  3-5 years of experience in Property/Asset/Program Management

• Skilled in prioritization, organization, and multi-tasking.

• Data-driven decision maker who is comfortable with financial analysis.

• Strong interpersonal skills. Success in this role depends on building relationships with internal and external teams.

• Prior experience in multifamily and/or parking operations is preferred.

• Strong communicator and presenter.

• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, Power BI a plus.
