The Role
The marketing team is looking for a rising senior to join our dynamic team for a 10-weeksummer internship program. The summer internship will focus on employing high-achieving undergraduate talent with interest in real estate marketing and gaining insight into the broad real estate context at a best-in-class Company. This role will provide opportunities to develop business acumen, marketing skills, and digital advertising knowledge.
We don’t have a typical day, but you can expect to learn and provide support for:
Lead generation, preparing and monitoring advertising campaigns on various platforms, updating promotions/specials campaigns
Website content management, including photoshoot coordination, content audits and preparing new website pages
Competitor analysis, including website features and advertising placements
Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned
What you’llhave:
Progress towards a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Communications and are a rising senior.
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent time management and organizational ability
Ability to learn quickly
Diligent work ethic and desire to work in a fast-paced environment that supports a balance of independent work and team collaboration
