The Role

Director/Senior Director, Financial Planning and Analysis

We are seeking a Director/Senior Director, Financial Planning and Analysis to help lead the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes. In this highly visible leadership role, you will partner closely with our C-Suite and other senior executives across Finance, Reporting, and Operations to deliver strategic insights, ensure financial accuracy, and guide decision-making at the highest levels.

You will primarily oversee the corporate consolidation process, including monitoring and analyzing budget performance and providing insights and recommendations to improve performance through preparing and presenting detailed financial reports and analyses to executive leadership and the board.  You will also enhance our existing planning systems, and drive meaningful improvements in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

•             Enterprise Leadership: Compile the corporate consolidation processes for budgeting and forecasting, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all business units

•             Strategic Capital Planning: Maintain and evolve the organization’s long-term capital planning model to support investment decisions and growth priorities

•             Executive & Board Reporting: Prepare comprehensive analyses and presentations for senior leadership, the Board, and external stakeholders

•             Financial Disclosures: Partner with Financial Reporting to support external reporting requirements

•             Planning Systems Oversight: Share in the administration and optimization of Adaptive Planning, driving enhancements to reporting and functionality

•             Strategic Initiatives: Conduct complex ad hoc analysis, including business combination evaluation and other enterprise-level opportunities

•             People Leadership: Provide guidance to our shared analyst pool, providing direction and professional development

•             Data Governance: Partner with stakeholders to ensure financial data integrity in Workday and related systems

•             Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a senior advisor and thought partner to executives across Finance and the business

Qualifications:

•            10+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or related fields

•            Deep expertise in financial consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting processes

•            Strong experience with planning systems (Adaptive Planning strongly preferred) and financial ERP systems (Workday a plus)

•           Strong analytical, strategic, and presentation skills, with a proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders

•           Strong Technical Expertise in SQL, Power BI, and VBA (preferred)

•           Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive results in a complex organization
