The Role


The Regional Community Coordinator is responsible for suppoting maintenance operations for the entire New Jersey Region. 

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Support onsite Maintenance Management in answering questions, issues and other tasks.

Review and oversight of past due invoices, disputes and aged orders

Maintain and build vendor relationships

Weekly/Monthly reporting to onsite and executive leadership

Schedule/organize Maintenance meetings and trainings

Oversight and review of all compliance measures and metrics at the community level. 

CapEx coordination of projects and information

Contract review, creation and execution for the NJ Region

Ability to support multiple individuals at the executive and leadership level with minimal oversight (self-motivated)

Capable of handling multiple projects and tasks on a day to day basis

Clear understanding of budget and financial processes


You Have...


The right candidate must have excellent relationship building and customer service skills as well as exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Candidate must be able to review budgets for accuracy, have strong Excel (Pivot Tables/ Macros etc). Strong organization skills are a must. 

One to two years of multi-family or related property management experience or equivalent experience in retail or hospitality preferred.

A bachelor's degree preferred.
