The Role

We are currently searching for a Head of Development based in our Florida Region. This position will manage all phases of the development of multifamily rental communities, including market analyses, business development (both joint ventures and internally executed), financial analyses and budgeting, design conceptualization, management and selection of the design development team, and management of the entitlement process such as presentation before municipal and other regulatory boards and community and neighborhood groups. This role also includes management of all phases of building design and management of the asset team during construction and lease up.

You Have...

A Graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Architecture or Real Estate is preferred and qualified candidates should possess 15+ years’ releavant experience and 7+ years' expereience in real estate development. Preference will be given to candidates with work experience in a multi-family product and knowledge of the Ft. Lauderdale, Florida area.
