The Resident Services Coordinator is responsible for implementing programs to address resident satisfaction during the renovation/rehabilitation process of an apartment community. This includes responding to resident requests and inquiries, working to address resident concerns in accordance with the company’s customer service standards, and collaborating with internaldepartmentsto successfully deliver and achieve operational and construction goals. This position reports into the Redevelopment Community Manager.
Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalency (GED) and 1 year of multi-family leasing or related customer service experience in hospitality or retail.
