The Role


The Revenue Management Analyst will provide support organizing, analyzing, auditing and maintaining pricing for:

  • Apartment floor plans and attributes.
  • Competitive rents and positioning.
  • Compliance on new/renewal lease rents.
  • Updating pricing and parameters in information systems as directed.
  • Analyze the impact of promotions on the marketing funnel

The Revenue Management Analyst will also support the Revenue Management Team with projects as needed.


You Have...


Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative field (such as finance, business, mathematics, etc).   This is the perfect opportunity for a recent college graduate with prior internship experience in a financial or operational analysis position. 

Additional Preferences

  • Statistical analysis course work.
  • Microsoft Excel experience.
  • Relational Database experience.
  • BI/analytics tools experience (Tableau, Power BI, R, Python etc.) or desire and willingness to learn.
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills.
